New Department of Health Rules
The Department of Health has adopted permanent rules establishing a consistent and enforceable sanction schedule applicable to all health care professions, for all disciplinary actions, both formal and informal. The rules were adopted on July 22, 2009.
These rules go into effect August 22, 2006, thirty-one days after adoption. Until that date, emergency rules are in place.
