The WSCA Health Plan was created to give members a different path.
The WSCA, in partnership with The Baldwin Group and Affinity Benefits, is offering a large, pooled-risk health plan exclusively to WSCA members. With more than 16,000 members (and growing) participating, the average renewal increase in this program is around 5%, rather than the double-digit increases happening across the state.

There are 12 different rate tiers based on the demographics and risk profile of your group.
Underwriting is required to determine which custom rate tier your business qualifies for.

Groups with fewer than 10 employees:

        • Point of contact enters basic business details and an employee roster in the secure portal HERE.
        • A custom homepage link will be emailed to you
        • Complete a brief company questionnaire
        • Anyone seeking coverage receives a digital health questionnaire (PHQ)

Groups with 10 or more employees:

        • Download and complete the employee census template located HERE
        • Gather copies of your current renewal plans and rates
